Meetings are held on the 2^nd and 4^th Monday of each month unless otherwise noted.  The Regular Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and the Work Session Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m.  All meetings are held in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Complex located at 400 East Central Avenue, Mount Holly, NC  28120.

The Annual Council Retreat will be held on February 3, 2011 starting at 7:00 p.m. through February 5th 2011 at noon. The Retreat will be held at the Grandover Resort and Conference Center, 1000 Club Road, Greensboro, NC 27407.

Take notice that the Mount Holly City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 14, 2010, at 7 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.)  The purpose of the hearing will be to take public comment concerning the proposed 2010-2011 fiscal year budget.

A copy of the proposed budget can be reviewed in the office of the City Clerk, Monday—Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers on the first floor of the Mount Holly Citizens Center, 400 East Central Avenue, Mount Holly, North Carolina.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to speak at the public hearing.  The City’s budget is subject to change based on comments received at the public hearing and the Council’s subsequent discussion and consideration.

The April 26, 2010 City Of Mount Holly

Council Work Session Meeting has been

postponed until May 3, 2010.

The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at

the Mount Holly Citizens Center located at 400 East

Central Avenue. The Work Session meeting will

begin at 6:30 p.m.
