2013 Drinking Water Week 2013
The City of Mount Holly, the American Water Works Association and the water community kicks off Drinking Water Week 2013 across North America on May 5th by asking the question “what do you know about H2O”?
Throughout the week, Mount Holly, AWWA and partners across the water community will celebrate water by recognizing the essential role drinking water plays in our daily lives, with special attention on the ways in which all water consumers can get to know their H2O.
One of the first ways to get to know your water is through your city’s Consumer Confidence Report. The City of Mount Holly Water Treatment Facility has just recently put out its 2012 Consumer Confidence Drinking Water Report and is proud to announce there were no violations and that water quality exceeded many State and Federal regulations. We encourage all residents to take time to read through and learn more about their water. We take pride in the quality of water that reaches each home and business and ask citizens to contact the Mount Holly Water Treatment Facility at 704-822-2928 with any questions they may have concerning their water. To learn even more about the drinking water process visit www.drinktap.org and get in the know about your H2O
