Record of Home Occupancy Form:
When requesting that water be turned on please fill out the ‘Record of Home Occupancy’ form on the website. We will also have forms available at the Citizen Center. Once completed, bring the form to the Citizen Center. The City of Mount Holly requires a deposit when water is turned on at a residence or business. Please refer to the table below for those amounts.
