Home Departments City Attorney

City Attorney

The City Attorney and Assistant City Attorney are appointed by the City Council. The City Attorneys handle all aspects of municipal representation for the City of Mount Holly by providing representation and legal advice to the City Council, City Administration, and Boards and Commissions.
