Code Enforcement
The City of Mount Holly’s Code Enforcement Office is responsible for enforcing property maintenance codes throughout Mount Holly. These codes ensure owners maintain their property which helps to protect citizens’ health, safety, and welfare. Code Enforcement has a direct impact on preserving the livability and property values of Mount Holly’s neighborhoods by enforcing the following regulations:
Submit the Code Enforcement Request Form describing any suspected violations. The information will be submitted to the City of Mount Holly's Code Enforcement Team for review.

Property Issues
-Excessive vegetation and/or weeds
-Junk motor vehicles
-Commercial vehicles parked/stored in a residential area
-Illegal Dumping
-Trash, debris
-Dilapidated buildings and/or structures (Minimum Housing Code)
-Dilapidated or unpermitted accessory buildings
Other
-Construction work without permits
-Prohibited Signs
-Home occupations not allowed in the zoning district
-Zoning violation
-Objects in the right-of-way
