Our goal is accomplished through competitive benefits, longevity incentives and retirement contributions, to name a few. Not only responsible for recruitment and on-boarding, Human Resources also tackles health insurance, worker's compensations, and personnel record upkeep for more than 130 full-time skilled workers. Human Resources takes an active role in providing a safe working environment to all employees. This encompasses not only safety training, but administering Health and Wellness Programs as well. The City of Mount Holly Human Resources strives to accomplish its many roles with astuteness, sensitivity, confidentiality, and objectivity.
