Scope of Work:  The City of Mount Holly, NC (The City) is soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from engineering firms to design construction ready documents, and also to accomplish a historical/archeological survey of the site at the corner of West Glendale avenue & South Hawthorne Street to become a City Park.
