The Finance Department is made up of the offices of the Finance Director, Deputy Finance Director, Utility Billing and Revenue Collection, Accounting, and Payroll.  Finance staff's responsibilities include but are not limited to payroll, accounts payable, fixed assets, utility billing and collections, bank reconciliation, purchasing, financial reporting and coordinating the annual audit.

The City of Mount Holly Finance Department strives to provide our citizens, property-owners, employees, and customers of the City with quality fiscal management, financial reporting, and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for the City government consistent with local, state, and federal laws and governmental accounting and regulatory requirements.
